Queen Kitteni, attorney-at-law, is the founder and Managing Partner at QnB Law. She established the corporate law firm in 2021, and since then has made her mark in many of her clients’ affairs and projects including local and international owned business enterprises.
Dedicated in advancing her legal skills and talent, Queen believes in invoking the unique soul of every legal situation. Each legal solution is attained uniquely based on the special facts surrounding that particular situation. No matter how similar the legal situations may be, each legal situation is unique and treated distinctively at Qnb and in essence this has become the service-mark stamp behind QnB’s practice.
Prior to opening her own law firm, Queen practiced corporate law exclusively for over half a decade and gained extensive professional experience in commercial transactions and business law. She is highly regarded for her ability to assist clients in addressing sensitive corporate matters and helping clients in extricating themselves from difficult binding and potentially costly situations. Throughout her career, she has played a key role and achieved favorable results on behalf of her clientele on a wide range of issues related to commercial transactions, real estate & conveyance, business law, contract law, labour law, and family law.
Devoting her career to providing excellence in practicing law, she leads the Firm in the achievement of its goal to serve the people and protect their interests through the law.

Neema Heri Lugaye is an Associate at QnB Law with experience in litigation and dispute resolution across a range of corporate and commercial matters. Her practice includes corporate and commercial law, contracts, conveyancing, labour and land matters, as well as intellectual property.
She also has experience in the preparation of security documentation and the perfection of securities in commercial transactions.
Neema holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, Kenya, and a Master of Arts in International Relations (MAIR) from Middlesex University Dubai.
She is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, a Notary Public and Commissioner for Oaths, and a member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.

Jackline Lucas Ndanga is an Associate at QnB Law, where she focuses on corporate and commercial matters. She advises clients on company incorporation and regulatory compliance, contract drafting and review, corporate governance, employment law, family law, and other advisory matters.
Jackline is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and an active member of both the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
She is highly organized and committed to delivering practical, client-focused solutions with integrity, precision, and professionalism.

Pavinash Allen Mshana is an Associate at QnB Law, where she focuses on corporate and commercial matters. She advises clients on corporate review, contract drafting, and regulatory compliance, with expertise in vetting complex agreements and managing statutory documentation.
Pavinash holds an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Dar es Salaam and is dedicated to providing effective, commercially minded solutions while ensuring compliance and managing risk.
