About Queen

Queen Kitteni, attorney-at-law, is the founder and Managing Partner at QnB Law. She established the corporate law firm in 2021, and since then has made her mark in many of her clients’ affairs and projects including local and international owned business enterprises.

Dedicated in advancing her legal skills and talent, Queen believes in invoking the unique soul of every legal situation. Each legal solution is attained uniquely based on the special facts surrounding that particular situation. No matter how similar the legal situations may be, each legal situation is unique and treated distinctively at Qnb and in essence this has become the service-mark stamp behind QnB’s practice.

Prior to opening her own law firm, Queen practiced corporate law exclusively for over half a decade and gained extensive professional experience in commercial transactions and business law. She is highly regarded for her ability to assist clients in addressing sensitive corporate matters and helping clients in extricating themselves from difficult binding and potentially costly situations. Throughout her career, she has played a key role and achieved favorable results on behalf of her clientele on a wide range of issues related to commercial transactions, real estate & conveyance, business law, contract law, labour law, and family law.

Devoting her career to providing excellence in practicing law, she leads the Firm in the achievement of its goal to serve the people and protect their interests through the law.

About HAPPY

Happy Hashim Said, an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania, is an Associate at QnB Law. She specializes in Land Law and Conveyancing, Corporate Law, Labour Law, Family Law, Environmental Law, and Banking & Finance.

Being well versed in corporate law, she handles contract drafting and reviewing, commercial transaction legalization, conducting due diligence, negotiating legal transactions, advising clients on legal compliance which involves the complex regulations aimed at preventing fraud and market manipulation as well as promoting transparency.

Before joining QnB, Happy had undertaken various apprenticeship programs at various institutions including the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Human Settlements; the Magistrate Court of Dar es Salaam (Kisutu) the Magistrate Court of Moshi and the Land and Housing Tribunal at Moshi; which equipped her to deal with real challenges in the real world in the legal profession.

Happy is well organized, diligent with excellent written and oral skills, and interpersonal communication skills. She is resourceful, confident and friendly with a high level of integrity.

About Innocent

Innocent J Swai, LL.B holder from the University of Dodoma and Advocate Candidate at the Law School of Law of Tanzania, is a Legal Officer at QnB Law. He is equipped with vast knowledge in corporate laws and commercial transactions. He performs all undertakings related to commercial transactions, including drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, undertaking due diligence on transactions, as well as providing advice on regulated entities such as companies and non-governmental organizations.
Identified by his strong analytical skills, Innocent approaches each project with thoroughness and precision. He iswell organized, diligent with excellent written and oral skills, and interpersonal communication skills. Every day,he is ready and looking forward to serving people and be exposed to new legal challenges.

About MORDINA

Mordina Julius, LL.B holder from St. Augustine University of Tanzania (SAUT), is a Legal Officer at QnB Law. He has over two years of experience in Regional Integration and EAC Law, also pursuing LL.M in Regional Integration and EAC Law as a scholarship awardee at the Tanzania-  German Centre for Eastern Legal Studies (TGCL). At QnB Law, he advises on matters pertaining Immigration Law and
compliance, Labour Law, and Foreign Investment in East Africa.
Mordina’s professional background includes serving as a Tutorial Assistant (T.A) at Mzumbe University (Main Campus) in Morogoro from 2021 to 2022; a representative of the Delegation of France (France Embassy in Tanzania) in the 24 th Tanzania International Model (TIMUN 2021) United Nations; and an Assistant Researcher for a Data collection exercise for the International Labour Organization (ILO) in 2022.
